1. Data controller
The ChargeFlow application (com.chargeflow.app) is provided by Criterios Tendencias LDA, operating under the Plixin brand, Portuguese company number 514 890 142, at Zona Empresarial do Campo, 3515-342 Campo, Viseu, Portugal.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the ChargeFlow Android and iOS app, the backend service at api.plixin.com, associated notifications, and the functions used to configure, monitor and control compatible electric-vehicle chargers.
3. Data we process

The current app does not request GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access, contains no advertising, and does not process payment-card data in the app.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
- Create and authenticate user accounts.
- Associate, configure, monitor and control chargers.
- Display telemetry and session history.
- Send requested charging, availability and fault alerts.
- Provide support, prevent abuse and protect service security.
- Maintain and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal duties.
Legal grounds include performance of a contract or requested service, consent where required for notifications, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, we rely on recognised GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and appropriate supplementary measures.
7. Security
- HTTPS between the app and backend.
- Passwords stored as hashes rather than readable text.
- Tokens and local credentials stored using operating-system secure-storage mechanisms.
- Authentication and authorisation controls separating accounts.
- Restricted administrative access, technical logging and backups where applicable.
8. Retention and deletion
Account, charger, configuration and session data are retained while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Following a valid deletion request, data are normally removed from active systems within 30 days unless legal retention is required. Push tokens are retained until disabled, invalidated, logged out or deleted. Security logs, where generated, are normally retained for up to 12 months. Residual backup copies may remain protected for up to 90 days.

9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. Contact mail@plixin.com. We may request reasonable identity verification but will never ask for your password. You may also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
10. Children
ChargeFlow is intended for people capable of managing electrical charging equipment and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect app, provider or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
